A course on graphic design for technical documentation. This course covered layout principles, designing single-page documents, and designing multi-page documents to enhance readability.
Designing High Tech Training Manuals
This course covered the fundamentals of instructional design and learning theory. Throughout the course, I went through the development process for a micro-course, starting with a needs assessment and refining it into a targeted micro-eLearning course.
Digital Literacies for Technical Communications
Taught the fundamentals of single-sourcing, Madcap Flare, DITA, and screen casting with Camtasia. This course had two projects: a single-sourcing proof of concept for existing documentation and creating a short getting started video.

Honors Research
A research project about Gen Z’s perceptions of brand activism depending on their political views. I completed the research process from literature review to data collection to report writing. This research was presented at the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication’s midwinter conference in 2024.

A capstone class that worked in 5-person groups to conduct market research, develop an advertising campaign concept, and create mockups for a client.
Sustainability Research
