Situation
The Sooner Nation Collective was a University-adjacent organization that helped connect student athletes with Name, Image, and Likeness work. I worked with them as part of a capstone group project to create an advertising campaign.

Task
I was the research lead in our team and was responsible for designing and administering a quantitative survey of our stakeholders’ views about NIL collectives

Action
I designed a quantitative survey for four groups of stakeholders: student athletes and their families, local non-profit leaders, sports fans, and business stakeholders. Using SPSS, I did the data analysis and compiled descriptive statistics. Finally, I put that data and insights into a presentation to report the findings.

Result
The market research process gave our team insights to the market and people’s feelings about our client’s work which was used to guide our marketing campaign direction. The professor described the quantitative survey and insights as the best in the class.
